Duties/Responsibilities:
Start game clock at kick-off, and during the last one-minute of the game, stop it when there is a free kick/kick in or injury stoppage, and restart it after all restarts.
keep a check on 5-minute punishment for a sending off & 3-minute punishment for a caution.
Record all time-outs and team fouls. (indicate to the referee when a team has exceeded the 5-foul limit).
